A group of fanatic Israeli colonists, illegally squatting on Palestinian lands, invaded earlier Sunday the al-Janiya Palestinian village, west of the central West Bank city of Ramallah.
Eyewitnesses said the colonists invaded the outskirts of the village, before the locals intercepted them, and started forcing them away.
They added that Israeli soldiers rushed to the area and started firing gas bombs and concussion grenades at the Palestinians to secure the retreat of the illegal colonists.
It is worth mentioning that this is the second attack against the village in the last few days.
