On Sunday, Israeli forces abducted a Palestinian young man and injured others, in the Tulkarem governorate in the northwestern part of the occupied West Bank.

Media sources said that occupation forces invaded the town of Anabta, east of Tulkarem, at dawn Sunday and abducted the young man, Laith Mu’ayyad Abu Asal, after storming and searching his home.

Meanwhile, Israeli soldiers injured Palestinian citizens after targeting them at the southern entrance to the city of Tulkarem, on Sunday afternoon.

Media sources said that occupation forces fired tear gas canisters at citizens who were crossing the Jabara Bridge gate at the southern entrance to the city, causing several of them to sustain inhalation injuries.


In related news, the army invaded the village of Kafr Qallil, south of Nablus in the northern West Bank, breaking into several citizen’s homes.

Media sources said that occupation forces stormed the village on Sunday morning, followed by military reinforcements, before invading and ransacking many homes; no arrests or protests were reported.

In related news, Israeli soldiers shot two Palestinian children near the village of Jaba’, southwest of Jenin in the northern occupied West Bank, coinciding with a settler incursion in the nearby town of Silat Ad-Dhahr.
