For sixty-three consecutive days, Israeli forces have maintained their extensive offensive and destruction in Tulkarem city and its refugee camp, intensifying their assault in the Nur Shams refugee camp for the 50th day.

This ongoing offensive has involved the deployments of significant military reinforcements, including armored vehicles, infantry units, and bulldozers deployed throughout the area. The army has also installed additional military roadblocks, conducting invasive searches, physical assaults, and abductions of residents.

Media sources reported that Israeli forces invaded the Ertah suburb, south of Tulkarem, surrounding the Old Mosque during the incursion.

In addition, the soldiers abducted Ala’ Shalabi from his home and confiscated his family members’ mobile phones before withdrawing.

In the Nur Shams refugee camp, Israeli troops invaded the Jabal al-Saleheen area, issuing evacuation orders to several families and threatening them with forced removal unless they vacated their homes by 8 a.m. on the first day of Eid Al-Fitr Muslim feast.

In addition, Israeli bulldozers caused extensive damage to the area around Saif Abu Lebda Roundabout and the al-Maslakh neighborhood, further deteriorating the already destroyed infrastructure. Heavy equipment was also stationed in the Jabal al-Nasr area, exacerbating the destruction.

Elsewhere, Israeli foot patrols spread along Housing Street, opposite Nur Shams refugee camp, conducting searches and inspections, before the soldiers fired concussion grenades at the civilians.

At dawn, infantry units invaded the Thannaba suburb, east of Tulkarem, and stationed themselves near Khaled Bin Al-Walid Mosque. They stopped and ransacked vehicles, conducted violent searches, before detaining and interrogating several young men while inspecting their ID cards.

Simultaneously, Israeli forces set up a flying roadblock on Nablus Street, causing further traffic disruptions. Dirt mounds were used to block sections of the road, while soldiers fired flares near Shweika Roundabout in the city’s northern neighborhood.

In the Tulkarem refugee camp, the military presence intensified as soldiers invaded homes, vandalized properties, and forcibly expelled residents. Several homes were seized and converted into military outposts.

Israeli occupation forces also deployed heavily in the streets and neighborhoods of Tulkarem city, particularly near the Vegetable Market and Jamal Abdul-Nasser Square, obstructing movement for vehicles and pedestrians.

The ongoing Israeli onslaught in Tulkarem has resulted in the killing of 13 Palestinians, including a child and two women—one of whom was eight months pregnant.

Dozens have been injured or abducted, while over 4,000 families have been forcibly displaced from the Tulkarem and Nur Shams refugee camps. Additional families from the northern neighborhood of Tulkarem were expelled as their homes were seized and converted into military facilities.

More than 396 homes have been demolished, while 2,573 others sustained partial damage in the Tulkarem and Nur Shams refugee camps. Entrances and pathways within the camps remain blocked with sand hills, isolating residents and cutting off communities.

On Saturday, Israeli forces killed a Palestinian young man after shooting and abducting him from a home in Tammun town, south of Tubas in the northwestern part of the occupied West Bank.

On Saturday evening, the General Authority of Civil Affairs informed the Palestinian Health Ministry that the young man, Ahmad Qasem Suleiman Bani Odeh, 22, succumbed to his wounds while in the custody of Israeli forces.

Since the beginning of the year, Israeli forces have killed 113 Palestinian citizens in the occupied West Bank, including 18 children and 4 women.

Occupation forces have killed 49 Palestinians in Jenin, 20 in Tubas, 14 in Tulkarem, 14 in Nablus, 5 in Hebron, 3 in Qalqilia, 3 in Bethlehem, 3 in Jerusalem, 1 in Ramallah, and 1 in Salfit.
