On Saturday, illegal Israeli paramilitary colonizers assaulted a 13-year-old child in the Tal Romeida neighborhood in central Hebron, in the southern part of the occupied West Bank.
Activist Yasser Abu Markhiyya stated that a group of colonizers attacked the child, Mohammad Rajab Abu Markhiyya, 13, while he was on his way to visit his grandmother in Tel Romeida.
He added that the child suffered various cuts and bruises before Palestinian medics rushed him to the Hebron Governmental Hospital.
Palestinians in the area suffer from continuous assaults by colonizers, particularly those residing in the “Ramat Yishai” illegal colonialist outpost, which was built on stolen Palestinian lands in Tel Romeida.
In addition to these attacks, the Israeli occupation forces impose repressive and arbitrary measures on the residents, including permanent closures and severe restrictions on their freedom of movement.
They also frequently invade and ransack homes and other property, confiscate cars, and assault Palestinians in their homes and on their lands.
