Israeli soldiers fired Wednesday gas bombs into a Palestinian school in Tal village, southwest of the northern West Bank city of Nablus, causing many children to suffer the effects of tear gas inhalation.
Eyewitnesses said the soldiers invaded the area and fired many gas bombs into a high school for boys.
They added that the soldiers are frequently present in the area, especially since they have a military tower near the village, overlooking the schools and the various parts of the village.
The attack is not the first, especially since the soldiers have constantly been invading the schools’ area in the village.
The invasions are carried out in the morning hours and many times in the afternoon when the children from various schools are heading to their educational facilities or returning to their homes.
The attacks occur in many areas near Nablus, especially in the al-Lubban ash-Sharqiya village, south of Nablus, witnessing daily violations not only by the soldiers but also by the illegal Israeli colonizers.
The Palestinian Education Ministry denounced the constant Israeli violations, especially the ongoing attacks against schoolchildren and educational facilities.
