On Wednesday Israeli forces shot a Palestinian child in the town of Al-Yamoun, northwest of Jenin in the northern occupied West Bank.
The Palestinian Red Crescent Society (PRCS) reported that their ambulance crews transported a 13-year-old child to the hospital after soldiers shot him in the hand and leg with live ammunition.
Media sources said that occupation soldiers invaded Al-Yamoun town, taking up positions in the southern neighborhoods where they detained several young men.
Meanwhile, Israeli forces stormed the village of Jalboun, east of Jenin, and confiscated a tractor and a trailer transporting construction materials.
Ibrahim Abu al-Rob, head of the Jalboun village council told WAFA that Israeli soldiers seized a tractor and trailer carrying building materials for a solar energy project affiliated with the village council.
Media sources reported that occupation forces stormed the nearby village of Faqqu’a, on Wednesday evening, deploying infantry units and firing concussion grenades; no injuries were reported.
For 100 consecutive days, Israeli forces have besieged and terrorized the citizens in Jenin city and its refugee camp, causing unprecedented destruction and displacement.
