On Friday, occupation forces assaulted four Palestinians, including a sick elderly man, and abducted one, in the southern West Bank governorate of Hebron.


Media sources said that occupation forces stormed, on Friday night, several neighborhoods in the city of Hebron, and abducted the young man, Amir Arif Jaber, 19, from his home.

Sources added that soldiers brutally assaulted three young men, causing various bruises, and fired concussion grenades at citizens’ homes in the city.

Meanwhile, a group of Israeli troops stormed the home of the elderly, Sheikh Noah Al-Haroub, in the town of Deir Samet, west of Hebron, and proceeded to assault him in an attempt to abduct him.

According to Quds News Network, Al-Haroub and family members told the soldiers that he was ill and was unable to walk, however they continued to try to handcuff him and force him to stand up.

Photos and videos circulated on social media platforms show soldiers dealing roughly while the elderly Al-Haroub on the ground and shouting in pain; he was later transported to hospital.
