Israeli forces shot two Palestinian young men before dawn Thursday, in the city of Qalqilia, in the northwestern part of the occupied West Bank.

The Ministry of Health announced that the Qalqilia Governmental Hospital received two gunshot injuries, one of whom was deemed serious and another, moderate.

The Ministry said that occupation forces seriously injured a Palestinian man after shooting him in the back with live ammunition, and added that soldiers shot another young man in the leg with a live round, causing moderate wounds.

The Israeli army invaded the city from its eastern entrance, while firing live rounds, tear gas, and concussion grenades at citizens.
