Israeli occupation forces, on Sunday, shut down the entrance to the village of Deir Abu-Mesh’al, northwest of Ramallah, in the occupied West Bank, said the village’s mayor.

Fawwaz Bargouti said, according to WAFA correspondence, that an Israeli army patrol blocked the village’s main entrance, banning entry and exit of local residents to and from the village.

He described the blocking of the village’s main entrance as a collective punishment against the village by the occupation authorities.
