A number of armored Israeli military vehicles invaded, on Thursday morning, Palestinian agricultural lands, east of Rafah, in the southern part of the Gaza Strip, while army drones and war jets flew overhead.

Media sources in Gaza said the invasion was carried out by four Israeli tanks and three bulldozers; they came from the Sofa military base, across the border fence, northeast of Rafah, and advanced more than 150 meters into Palestinian lands.

Army bulldozers and diggers then started digging and bulldozing the farmlands, close to the border fence.

The invasion was carried out just a day after a number of army vehicles and bulldozers, invaded the same area, and bulldozed lands.

In related news, Palestinian medical sources have reported that an elderly man and three children were injured after the Israeli Air Force fired shells into four areas in Gaza city and Beit Lahia, in the northern part of the Gaza Strip. All wounded Palestinians were moved to the Shifa Hospital, west of Gaza city.
