According to Israeli media, a passenger bus was targeted near Beit Sira, west of Ramallah, with Molotov cocktails. The bus caught fire as it reached the Modi’in checkpoint. The passengers were able to evacuate and no injuries were reported.
In the other incident, a female Israeli settler was injured after Palestinian resistance fighters opened fire on her car, in which there were other passengers who were not injured. Israeli occupation forces rushed to the scene, but were not able to apprehend the assailant.
These two attacks came within hours of a separate shooting attack on an Israeli paramilitary settler vehicle near Jericho, in which an Israeli settler was killed.
