Illegal paramilitary Israeli colonizers carried out a series of assaults, arson attacks, and property seizures across the occupied West Bank, Thursday, targeting communities in Nablus, occupied Jerusalem, and Hebron in the southern West Bank.
The violations included the burning of agricultural lands, the destruction and theft of vital water infrastructure, and the invasion of Bedouin homes, all occurring under the protection or facilitation of Israeli forces.
In Jalud south of Nablus in the northern West Bank, colonizers set fire to Palestinian‑owned olive groves.
Raed Haj Mohammad, head of the Jalud village council, said colonizers attacked the eastern area of the town along the road between Qusra and Jalud, igniting fires near residential homes and cultivated land.
East of occupied Jerusalem, colonizers attacked the home of Mousa Mohammad at‑Tabna in the at‑Tabna Bedouin community near Khan al‑Ahmar.
The colonizers smashed windows, vandalized the interior, and damaged property throughout the home. The attack comes amid a growing pattern of colonizer violence aimed at pressuring residents to leave their land.
In the village of at‑Tuwani in Masafer Yatta, a collection of 19 Bedouin communities south of Hebron in the southern West Bank, armed colonizers invaded Palestinian lands under the protection of Israeli forces.
Activist Osama Makhamra reported that Israeli troops sealed off the village, blocked residents from moving freely, and allowed colonizers to perform religious rituals on privately owned land under the claim that the area is “archaeological.”
Colonizers also seized two newly built water wells in the Khallet al‑Hummus area south of Yatta, raising the number of wells taken in recent days to four. The wells have been desecrated, used for swimming, and their water diverted to a colonizer outpost established two months ago on Palestinian land.
In Birin east of Hebron, colonizers from the “Metze Ziv” outpost destroyed and seized the main water pipeline supplying Birin and the nearby Khallet al‑Furn area.
Village council head Farid Barqan stated that colonizers connected the stolen pipeline to their outpost, cutting off drinking water for more than 450 residents and threatening crops across dozens of dunams and over 2,000 livestock that rely on the water source.
Israeli forces also closed the Bab al‑Zawiya area and the Be’er al‑Sabe’ street leading to central Hebron. Troops invaded the area, dispersed residents, forced shops to close, and cleared vehicles from the streets. These measures are routinely imposed to secure the passage of colonizers visiting an archaeological site in the area.
Additionally, colonizers set fire to agricultural lands in Salem, Beit Furik, and Beit Dajan east of Nablus, in the northern West Bank, causing extensive damage.
Israeli colonizers, backed by occupation soldiers, opened fire on Palestinians in the Beit Furik plain, injuring two young men.
Furthermore, colonizers assaulted a 54‑year‑old resident, while Israeli forces closed the military roadblock at the entrance to the area, preventing residents and ambulance crews from entering or leaving.
It is worth mentioning that Israeli occupation forces conducted widespread military invasions across the West Bank on Thursday, breaking into homes, invading refugee camps, abducting residents, and assaulting communities in Bethlehem, Nablus, Jenin, Tubas, and Ramallah.
