On Saturday evening, Israeli soldiers shot a Palestinian worker near a section of the illegal Annexation Wall in Qalqilia, in the northwestern West Bank.
Media sources said the worker was trying to cross a breach in the Wall to head to his work inside the Greenline when the soldiers opened fire at him.
They added that the soldiers shot the worker with a live round in the leg near the Wall before he was rushed to a hospital in Qalqilia.
The wounded worker is from Iskaka village, east of Salfit, in the central part of the occupied West Bank.
It is worth mentioning that the army frequently attacks chases, injures, and abducts Palestinian workers near the gates of the illegal Annexation Wall near Qalqilia, Jenin, and other parts of the West Bank.
