The Israeli Salem military court extended the detention order of a student from Salfit, in the West Bank, for additional six months without any charges.
The student Fawwaz Abdul-Bassit Maali, 37, was taken prisoner two months ago, and was sentenced to four months in administrative detention without any charges pressed against him. The court then reduced his sentence to two months but on Thursday it sentenced him to additional six months.
Maali is currently in Ofer Israeli detention facility, he was sent to court, and was transferred back to Ofer eight hours later.
Malli was repeatedly arrested over the last several years; he is a student at the Salfit branch of the Al Quds Open University.
