The head of the Gaza European Hospital, Yousef Al-Akkad, told Palestine Voice Radio that the situation is disastrous, as there are more than 900 wounded Palestinians receiving treatment at the medical center, which only has 250 beds, and added that 200 beds were added.

He also said that hundreds of wounded Palestinians are now paralyzed, quadriplegic, or with serious orthopedic injuries, in addition to about 40 who are hooked to respiratory machines.

The Israeli army also resumed the bombing of Jabalia in northern Gaza, killing and wounding dozens of Palestinians, while medical teams were unable to reach bombarded areas.

Furthermore, Israeli tanks advanced into many areas north of Khan Younis, in southern Gaza, fired dozens of shells after the Israeli war jets bombed those areas, and are gradually expanding the offensive.

Dozens of Palestinians were also killed in Israeli bombing of homes and buildings in the center of the Al-Jala’ Street in Gaza City.

On its part, the Al-Quds Brigades, the armed wing of the Islamic Jihad, said its fighters destroyed several Israeli tanks after targeting them with mortar and RPG shells, in addition to firing missiles at the Industrial Area in Asqalan.

It added that its fighters exchanged fire with Israeli soldiers in the Abu Haddaf area, northeast of Khan Younis and destroyed a tank after targeting it with mortars and RPG in the Al-Mighraqa area, south of Gaza City.

The Al-Qassam Brigades, the armed wing of Hamas, said it detonated a tunnel after Israeli soldiers entered it in Sheikh Radwan in Gaza City and then fired mortar shells at soldiers who rushed to them.

It also said its fighters killed many soldiers after targeting them and their tanks in the Juhr Ad-Deek area in central Gaza.

The Israeli army continued, overnight and morning hours, the indiscriminate bombing of civilian areas in several parts of the Gaza Strip, including hundreds in several parts of the Gaza Strip.

Update: The Health Ministry in Gaza said the continuous bombing of the civilian areas have killed more than 700 Palestinians.

The Israeli army also targeted Palestinian medics and civil defense teams, while rushing to bombarded areas where thousands remain under the rubble of bombarded homes and buildings.

Mahmoud Basal, the spokesperson of the Civil Defense Department in Gaza, said rescue teams have no equipment to remove the rubble to try to locate Palestinians buried underneath, and urged the international community to allow the entry of essential supplies and equipment to the Gaza Strip.

The Israeli army fired a barrage of missiles and shells at home in the densely populated Jabalia refugee camp, in northern Gaza, killing at least 100 Palestinians, and wounding hundreds, especially children and women.

The Israeli army also fired missiles and shells at the Nusseirat refugee camp, targeting homes for the Zaqqout and Al-Attar families, killing at least thirteen Palestinians, including women and children, and wounding dozens.

The bombing also left dozens of Palestinians buried under the rubble while the locals and rescue teams continued to search for slain Palestinians or potential survivors.

Furthermore, the army fired missiles at residential buildings in the Saftwai and Al-Hala areas, north of Gaza City, killing and wounding dozens, before they were rushed to the Baptist Hospital.

Casualties were also reported in Israeli bombings of the neighborhoods of ad-Daraj neighborhood, At-Tuffah neighborhood, As-Sabra and Sheja’eyya in Gaza City.

Furthermore, the army fired artillery shells at many homes and buildings, east of Rafah, in the southern part of the Gaza Strip.

Palestinian resistance factions said they exchanged fire with Israeli soldiers and fired rockets at tanks invading many parts of the Gaza Strip, and at several Israeli areas in response to the ongoing Israeli onslaught.

The Palestinian Health Ministry said Israeli missiles and shells have killed more than 15.207 Palestinians, and injured at least 40.652, since October 7. The number of Israelis killed is stand at about 1200, according to Israeli sources.

The number of confirmed slain Palestinians does not include several thousand residents who remain buried under the rubble of bombarded homes and buildings in Gaza.

The Qatar-base Al-Jazeera quoted Hamas stating that the prisoner-swap indirect talks will not be resumed until Israel ends its onslaught on Gaza.
