The Israeli army continued the bombing of large areas of the besieged Gaza Strip at dawn Friday, killing and wounding hundreds of Palestinians, including dozens of children and women.

The Israeli army fired a missile at the house of Dr. Monir Al-Bursh, the General Director of the Health Ministry in Gaza, killing his daughter, only 13 years of age, his niece, and wounding him among many other Palestinians, in addition to burying many under the rubble.

In Rafah, in the southern part of the Gaza Strip, the Israeli army fired dozens of missiles at homes, killing more than 31 Palestinians, including 18 children.

At least one Palestinian was killed when an Israeli drone fired a missile at him while riding his bicycle in Khan Younis, in the southern part of the Gaza Strip.

The army also killed and injured dozens of Palestinians in Jabalia, in northern Gaza, including at least 16 slain Palestinians and more than 50 injured in a home for the Al-Barsh family in the Old Gaza Street in Jabalia town.

Al-Jazeera said that after the Israeli tanks withdrew from the area around the Indonesian Hospital in Beit Lahia, in northern Gaza, the Palestinians found the remains of dozens of slain Palestinians.

Furthermore, Israeli missiles and shells killed dozens of Palestinians and injured many more in a series of attacks targeting the eastern areas of the Al-Boreij refugee camp in central Gaza.

Satellite images showed that the ongoing Israeli airstrikes and bombings have wiped out more than two-thirds of the buildings in northern Gaza and a quarter of the buildings in Khan Younis, in southern Gaza.

Israel missiles and shells have killed more than  20.000 Palestinians, including at least 8.000 children and 6.200 women, in addition to at least 53.320 injured, largely women and children, in the Gaza Strip since October 7.

It is worth mentioning that CNN has reported that Israeli dropped hundreds of massive 2000-pound bombs on the Gaza Strip, adding that many of those bombs are capable of killing people more than 1000 feet away from reach drop location.

CNN stated that “Satellite images from the early days of the offensive on Gaza revealed more than 500 impact craters, each of more than 12 meters (40 feet) in diameter, which is consistent with the damage caused by the 2000-pound bombs,” and added that the bombs are four times heavier than the biggest bombs the United States dropped in Mosul in Iraq.

Furthermore, the Israeli army withdrew its Golani Brigades after sixty days of ground invasions of Gaza due to the large number of casualties among the soldiers, after Al-Qassam Brigades the armed wing of Hamas, said its fighters killed seventeen soldiers and destroyed many tanks and armored vehicles.

Abu Obeida, the spokesperson of the Al-Qassam Brigades, said Israel’s stated goal of eliminating the resistance in Gaza would never succeed, adding that the resistance continues to repel the Israeli invasions and that the only way Israel can secure the release of its captives is through halting the offensive to engage in prisoner-swap talks.
