On Monday evening, illegal Israeli colonizers grazed their sheep near Palestinian homes in the Ras Ein al-Auja community, north of Jericho, in the northeastern part of the occupied West Bank.
Hasan Mleihat, the General Supervisor of the al-Baydar Organization for the Defense of Bedouin Rights, said the paramilitary colonizers brought their sheep to graze on the Palestinian agricultural lands near the homes in the Bedouin community of Ras Ein al-Auja.
Mleihat added that the paramilitary colonizers also forced the Palestinians to leave their lands, before releasing their sheep to graze.
It is worth mentioning that all Bedouin communities in Jericho and across the Jordan Valley are subject to constant violations by the Israeli colonizers and the soldiers amidst the ongoing attempts to illegally occupy more Palestinian lands to build and expand the illegal colonies.
On Monday night, Extremist paramilitary Israeli colonizers torched Palestinian lands in Qusra village of Qusra, south of Nablus, in the occupied West Bank’s northern part.
All of Israel’s colonies in the occupied West Bank, including those in and around occupied East Jerusalem, are illegal under International Law, the Fourth Geneva Convention in addition to various United Nations and Security Council resolutions. They also constitute war crimes under International Law.
Article 49 of the Fourth Geneva Convention states: “The Occupying Power shall not deport or transfer parts of its own civilian population into the territory it occupies.” It also prohibits the “individual or mass forcible transfers, as well as deportations of protected persons from occupied territory”.
