For the 237th consecutive day, Israeli forces continued to violate the October 10, 2025, ceasefire agreement, carrying out drone strikes, firing on displaced civilians, demolishing homes, and tightening the siege on the Gaza Strip.
The renewed attacks resulted in additional fatalities and injuries, while rescue teams remain unable to reach many victims trapped under rubble or in open areas due to ongoing Israeli fire.
Israeli military drones struck a civilian vehicle near Al‑Mazra’a School on Salahuddin Street, east of Deir al‑Balah, killing Ahmad Khaled Abu Mogheisib, 32, and injuring others.
Medical teams said the area was crowded with displaced families living in makeshift shelters.
In Khan Younis, displaced civilian Ali Yasser Al‑Odeini was killed by Israeli sniper fire near the Hamad City area.
The Nasser Medical Complex confirmed that Al‑Odeini was shot by Israeli forces outside any active combat zone, in an area previously designated as safe.
Last night, the army killed one Palestinian and injured several others in a bombing of the Zawaida area in central Gaza.
Over the past 24 hours, Palestinian monitoring groups documented 11 new ceasefire violations, including live fire from Israeli armored vehicles east of Khan Younis and Gaza City, continued demolition of residential buildings, and persistent drone activity over southern Gaza.
The Palestinian Red Crescent Society reported that 73 Palestinians were medically evacuated through the Rafah crossing, including 33 patients and 40 companions, in coordination with the World Health Organization and relevant health authorities.

The United Nations said an Israeli airstrike hit one of its schools in the Nuseirat area that was being used to shelter displaced families.
UN spokesperson Stéphane Dujarric stated that the strike damaged the school’s roof but caused no reported casualties according to initial assessments.
In related news, Israeli occupation authorities reopened the Rafah Border Crossing with Egypt after a two‑day closure.
Palestinian Red Crescent Society teams took part today in a new medical evacuation operation through the Rafah crossing, facilitating the departure of 73 people, including 33 patients and 40 companions.
The gathering and departure procedures were carried out at the PRCS Medical Rehabilitation Hospital in Khan Younis, where PRCS crews handled coordination, transport, and medical support for those leaving Gaza. The operation was conducted in coordination with the World Health Organization and the relevant health authorities to ensure a safe and orderly transfer to the crossing.
Medical evacuations for critical cases who require treatment outside the Gaza Strip continue, despite the severe strain on the health system and the rising number of patients in urgent need of external medical referrals.
The Palestinian Ministry of Health said the number of Palestinians slain since the ceasefire began has risen to 933, with 2,868 wounded, and 781 bodies recovered from destroyed areas. Since October 7, 2023, the cumulative toll has reached 72,942 Palestinians killed and 172,967 injured.
Rescue teams and civil defense crews continue to report severe difficulty reaching victims due to ongoing Israeli fire, collapsed structures, and the near‑total breakdown of emergency response capacity under the prolonged siege.
