The Israeli online daily Haaretz, reported on Sunday that the Palestinian Authority and Israel will start this week, most likely on Tuesday, joint field tours between P.A and Israeli security officers in charge of disengagement cooperation.
Haaretz said that Palestinian minister of interior, Nassr Yousef, and the Israeli security minister, Shaul Mofaz, decided to discuss details of handing the settlements and the surrounding areas to the P.A following the Israeli withdrawal.
It is worth mentioning that the Palestinian ministry of interior formed in July a special security device to be in charge of the evacuated areas.

The device will include 5000 Palestinian policemen and officers distributed into tens divisions, each division with include 500 policemen trained by Egyptian officer in addition to American and European officers.
