The Palestinian Prisoners Society reported that Israeli Prison Authorities deported two Palestinian detainees, bearers of Jordanian passports, to Jordan.

The first detainee, identified as Mohammad Tayeh Ayyad, was arrested on 26/9/2003, and spent 15 months in Hasharon detention; Ayyad was supposed to be released on November, 27, 2004. 

The second detainee, Rabee’ Ahmad Mohammad, was arrested on mid 2003, and sentenced of 15 consecutive months.

The Ministry of detainees appealed to the Israeli High Court of Justice, through its lawyer, Shereen Iraqi, for the release of the detainees since they already served their terms and should be released immediately.
