Israeli forces took Abd Al-Qaader Abu Awwad, 21, as prisoner while searching houses in Al Fara'a Refugee Camp south of the West Bank city of Hebron on Friday. Troops and army jeeps stormed the refugee camp, searched several houses, including Abu Awwad's house, before taking him to an unknown destination eyewitnesses reported. Residents also said that soldiers violently searched their homes and reported damaged belongings.
