Hanni Al Najar, 27, was shot and killed by Israeli navel boats on Monday morning while fishing near Al Shat'e refugee camp in central Gaza.
Al Najar was moved to a nearby hospital in the city after sustaining a deadly injuries to the head, a Palestinian security source told IMEMC.
