Palestinian medical sources in Hebron, in the southern part of the West Bank, reported that a 65-year-old man was moderately injured after being attacked by a group of extremist Israeli settlers in Khirbit Beer Al-Ad area, near Yatta city in the Hebron district.The sources said that the man, Ismael Ibrahim Al-Adra, 65, was assaulted by eight extremist settlers near the illegal Mitzpe Yaer settlement, built on privately-owned Palestinian lands, the Maan News Agency reported.
Nasser Qabaja, an official at the Red Crescent in the southern part of the West Bank, said that a Red Crescent ambulance transferred Al-Adra to the Hebron Governmental Hospital.
Qabaja added that the man suffered moderate wounds, and that the settlers focused their attack on the higher parts of Al-Adra’s body, including his head.
