Gaza- Saturday evening May 4 2013, Palestinian medical sources reported that a Palestinian resident was shot and injured after the army opened fire at Palestinian homes and lands in the northern part of the Gaza strip.The sources said that the resident suffered a minor injury, while several children suffered anxiety attacks after the soldiers opened fire at a number of homes, and Palestinian lands, east of Beit Hanoun.
The Ahrar Center for Detainees Studies and Human Rights published, a few days ago, its monthly report on Israeli violations against the Palestinian in April, revealing that the soldiers killed four Palestinians and kidnapped 259 in the West Bank and the Gaza Strip.
Medical sources in Gaza reported that five Palestinians have been killed and more than 90 have been injured since the Egyptian-mediated seize fire was declared between the resistance in Gaza and Israel in November of last year.
The army carried out dozens of attacks against the residents, including frequent attacks against Palestinians fishermen in Palestinian territorial waters.
Last week, the army extra-judicially executed a member of a Salafi group in the Gaza Strip, also causing several injuries among civilian bystanders.
One child was also injured by Israeli fire in northern Gaza, and at least four Palestinians including one child have been injured in the West Bank.
The Ahrar Center said that 16 Palestinians have been shot and killed by Israeli fire since the beginning of this year, dozens have been injured, while more than 227, including children, women, elderly, intellectuals and legislators, have been kidnapped by the army.
