Israeli soldiers carried out multiple violations in the Jerusalem area on Wednesday, including the abduction of a young man from Qalandia refugee camp, the renewal of an administrative detention order against another resident, and the assault of a recently released former prisoner.
Occupation forces abducted a young Palestinian man from Qalandia refugee camp north of occupied Jerusalem after stopping him at one of the military roadblocks surrounding the city.
The Jerusalem Governorate said the soldiers detained him on the spot, though his identity had not yet been confirmed.

The Jerusalem Governorate also reported that former prisoner Mohammad Fawzi Al‑Khatib, from the town of Hizma northeast of Jerusalem, sustained bruises after being severely beaten during interrogation by Israeli forces.
Al‑Khatib was transferred to a medical center in the town for treatment shortly after his release, following more than a year held under administrative detention.
