Israeli soldiers abducted, on Thursday at dawn, four Palestinians in the West Bank governorates of Qalqilia, Ramallah and Hebron, in the occupied West Bank.

Media sources in Qalqilia, in northern West Bank, said many army jeeps invaded Azzoun town, east of the city, searched homes and abducted Ekrima Ayyoub Zamari, 21.

Furthermore, the soldiers invaded the al-Jalazonerefugee camp, north of the central West Bank city of Ramallah, and abducted a young man, identified as Ahmad Taiseer Rashed, after ransacking him home.

In Hebron governorate, in southern West Bank, the soldiers invaded and violently searched homes in Hebron city, and Halhoul town, north of the city, before abducting two Palestinians, and summoned one for interrogation.

Media sources in Hebron said the soldiers abducted Bashar Abdul-‘Alim Da’na, and summoned Majd Badran Jaber for interrogation.

In Halhoul town, north of Hebron, the soldiers invaded and searched a few homes, and abducted a former political prisoner, identified as Islam Eyad al-Baw.

According to initial reports, the soldiers abducted, at dawn Thursday, 43 Palestinians in several parts of the occupied West Bank, including 32 who were taken prisoner after the soldiers invaded Shweika village, near the northern West Bank city of Tulkarem, and attacked dozens of protesters.

The soldiers also confiscated several Palestinian cars in Tulkarem and fired a barrage of gas bombs and concussion grenades at the protesters.
