Illegal Israeli colonizers attacked, on Thursday, citizens’ homes and destroyed their property near the city of Jenin, in the northern occupied West Bank.
On Thursday afternoon, dozens of Israeli colonizers set fire to a Palestinian-owned vehicle in the village of Al-Fandaqumiya, southwest of Jenin in the northern West Bank.
Saqr Qarariya, the Fatah Secretary in Al-Fandaqumiya, told WAFA that approximately 40 illegal colonizers attacked the homes and property of Palestinian citizens.
Qarariya added that the colonizers burned vast areas of land planted with olive and fruit trees, a house, and a vehicle belonging to the citizen, Muayyad Hussein Qarariya.
In addition, he stated that the colonizers attacked the adjacent home belonging to the citizen, Nader Tayseer Qarariya, hurled rocks and opened fire with live rounds towards the house.
Israeli forces arrived at the scene fire tear gas canisters at the Palestinian victims of the attack, attempting to defend their property.
In the town of Silat Ad-Dhahr, southwest of the city, the settlers opened fire with live rounds towards the homes of the citizens, Firas Othman Musa and Mukhtar Abu Asba.
Media sources added that one young man identified as Mohammad Basil Shehada, sustained unknown injuries to his limbs during the settlers’ attack.
Meanwhile, a group of illegal colonizers stormed the Ras Ein ‘Al-Auja Bedouin community, north of Jericho in the northeastern part of the occupied West Bank.
According to Hassan Mleihat, the general supervisor of the “Al-Baidar” organization for defending the rights of the Bedouins, a group of colonizers invaded the community, accompanied by 150 sheep and 30 camels to graze on Palestinian citizens’ lands.
Palestine TV reported that Israeli settlers hurled rocks at Palestinian-owned vehicles in the town of Deir-Sharaf, west of Nablus in the northern West Bank.
