On Friday dawn, Israeli soldiers invaded Qalqilia and Azzoun town, east of the city, in the northwestern West Bank, stormed and ransacked homes, and abducted ten Palestinians, including children.
Media sources said many army vehicles invaded Qalqilia city, before the soldiers stormed many neighborhoods, broke into and ransacked homes and residential buildings, and assaulted several Palestinians while interrogating them.
The sources added that the soldiers abducted Ziad Daoud, Ayman Abu Al-Asal, Jibril Jibril, Mahmoud Khalil Abu Baker, and Ibrahim Abu Haniyya.
It is worth mentioning that some of the abducted Palestinians are fathers of young men the army has been trying to abduct, but detained them after failing to find their sons, to pressure them into turning themselves to the army.
One of them, Ziad Daoud, the father of Tareq Abu Daoud, has been abducted twenty times, in addition to Mahmud Khalik Abu Baker, the father of Ali, and Ibrahim Abu Haniyya, the father of Jamal.
In Azzoun town, east of Qalqilia, the army abducted five Palestinians, including three children, the brothers and sisters of Mo’awiya Riyashi, who were taken hostage after the soldiers failed to find Mu’awiya at home. The children are Omar, Nada, and Taghreed Abdul-Latif Riyashi.
Also in Azzoun, the soldiers abducted Saed Hussein and Mustafa Hasan Salama.
