Israeli soldiers confiscated, Tuesday, large areas of Palestinian lands in the Northern Plains of the occupied West Bank.
Ayed Marar, the general director of the legal affairs at the “Colonization and Wall Resistance Commission,” stated that it remains unknown the exact size of the confiscated lands and added that Israel is annexing them from their Palestinian owners to turn them into “Natural Reserve” area.
He added that Israel frequently uses the “natural reserve” allegations when it illegally annexes Palestinian lands in the Jordan Valley of the occupied West Bank, and other areas, and said that those areas become off-limits to the Palestinians.
It is worth mentioning that in October of last year, 2020, the army confiscated more than 11.000 Dunams of Palestinian lands in the area under the same allegations.
