Illegal Israeli colonizers carried out a series of attacks against Palestinian citizens in the Nablus and Hebron governorates, in the northern and southern parts of the occupied West Bank, while soldiers shot a Palestinian young man during one of the attacks.

On Wednesday evening, Israeli forces shot a Palestinian young man during a settler attack targeting the home of a slain farmer in the town of Qusra, southeast of Nablus in the northern West Bank.

Media sources said that several Israeli colonizers from the illegal “Esh Kodesh” colonial outpost, under the full protection of the occupation army, attacked the home of slain farmer, Mahmoud Za’al Odeh, 46, whom colonizers killed on November 30, 2017.

Soldiers opened fire with live rounds towards Palestinian citizens, shooting a young man in the thigh with live ammunition; Palestinian Red Crescent Society (PRCS) ambulance crews transported the injured young man to hospital for treatment.

On Wednesday morning, armed paramilitary colonizers, disguised as military personnel, kidnapped and assaulted an elderly Palestinian shepherd in Masafer Yatta, south of Hebron in the southern occupied West Bank.

Media sources said that armed Israeli settlers, dressed in army uniforms, kidnapped and assaulted Jibreen Musa Al-Na’amin, while he was grazing his sheep in the “Aqawawis” area of Masafer Yatta, before releasing him.

Meanwhile, another group of illegal colonizers invaded, on Wednesday evening, a Palestinian-owned home in the “Shaab al-Butm” area in Masafer Yatta.

Media sources said that several Israeli settlers stormed the home of Palestinian citizen, Mohammad Abd al-Rahman al-Jabarin, searching and ransacking the home.

It was added that the colonizers threatened the home-owner that they would return to his home again at night.

Occupation forces also confiscated an agricultural tractor belonging to the citizen, Mohammad Odeh Abd Rabbo, while he was working on his land in the village of Ar-Rifa’iyya, southeast of Hebron.

Furthermore, on Wednesday evening, Israeli colonizers set fire to a Palestinian-owned vehicle in Burqa town, and an agricultural room in the town of Sebastia, northeast of Nablus.

According to Mohammad Azem, the head of the Joint Services Council for the Villages of West Nablus, said that Israeli colonizers attacked a Palestinian-owned home on the outskirts of Burqa town, and burned a vehicle owned by the citizen, Suleiman Douglas.

Azem added that colonizers, under the full protection of the occupation army, burned a Palestinian-owned agricultural room near the western entrance to the archaeological area in the town of Sebastia.
