On Friday, illegal Israeli colonizers carried out a series of attacks against Palestinians and their property in the governorates of Ramallah and Nablus, in the central and northern parts of the West Bank.
Quds Press reported that several Palestinians were injured late Friday night, as a result of a settler attack in the village of Al-Mughayyir, northeast of Ramallah.
Earlier, a group of Israeli settlers stormed the western area of Al-Mughayyir village, and burned three vehicles belonging to local citizens.
According to Amin Abu Aliya, the head of the village council in Al-Mughayyir, colonizers invaded the village and set fire to three citizens’ vehicles.
He added that unarmed Palestinians rushed to confront the attacking settlers, and forced them to retreat. The army invaded the village following the attack; no protests or arrests were reported.
Meanwhile, on Friday evening, illegal Israeli colonizers vandalized a mosque in the village of Khirbet Tana et-Tahta, southeast of Nablus in the northern West Bank.
According to the head of the Tana Land Defense Committee, Thaer Hanani, Israeli colonizers destroyed the solar panels and carpets of the Beit al-Sheikh Mosque in Khirbet Tana.
It is important to mention that the village of Khirbet Tana et-Tahta is an archeological site located on the lands of Beit Furik town. The Israeli military declared the region a “closed military zone” since the 1970’s.
Quds Press reported that armed Israeli settlers harassed Palestinian citizens in the town of Huwara, south of Nablus, on Friday evening.
Furthermore, a group of Israeli settlers assaulted Palestinian farmers and stole their olive harvest, on Friday afternoon.
The chairman of the Sebastia Town Council, Mohammad Azem, reported that a group of Israeli colonizers attacked the citizens, Fadi and Khaled Mukhaimer while they were picking olives, and proceeded to steal their harvest.
