On Friday evening, occupation forces shot a Palestinian young man and assaulted another in the southern West Bank governorate of Hebron.
According to Mohammad Awad, a local activist, Israeli soldiers invaded the town of Beit Ummar, north of Hebron, and opened fire with live rounds, concussion grenades, and tear gas canisters towards citizens’ homes.
Awad added that one young man sustained a live gunshot wound to his shoulder, while several others suffered the toxic effects of tear gas inhalation.
Meanwhile, south of Hebron, Israeli forces invaded the town of As-Samu’, and assaulted a Palestinian young man, causing bruises.
In related news, illegal colonizers stormed the archaeological area in Beit Ummar, under the protection of the occupation army.
South of the city, colonizers allowed their sheep to graze on Palestinian-owned lands in Masafer Yatta, causing destruction of the crops.
Israeli forces abducted nine Palestinians, including four brothers, assaulted four citizens, and invaded many citizens’ homes in various regions of the occupied West Bank.
