On Friday, Israeli soldiers injured many Palestinian during the funeral procession of a slain young man in Osarin village, south of Nablus, in the northern West Bank.
Ahmad Jibril, the head of the Emergency Department at the Nablus office of the Palestinian Red Crescent Society (PRCS), said the soldiers shot one Palestinian with a rubber-coated steel bullet and caused twelve to suffer the effects of tear gas inhalation.
He added that the soldiers invaded the village to stop the funeral procession and started attacking the Palestinians to force them to disperse.
On Thursday night, the soldiers transferred the corpse of Ammar Hamdi Mifleh, 19, to the Palestinian side twenty-eight days after killing him on December 2nd, 2022.
Ammar was executed by an Israeli soldier who shot him while he was lying on the ground in Huwwara town, south of Nablus. After shooting Ammar on the ground once, the soldier then fired a total of four times again.
