On Saturday, Israeli soldiers injured Palestinian farmers on their lands near the perimeter fence east of Gaza city.
Media sources said the soldiers, stationed on military towers across the fence, fired many live rounds and gas bombs at the farmers east of the Zeitoun neighborhood east of Gaza city.
The attack caused many farmers to suffer the effects of tear gas inhalation and forced them to leave their lands.
On Friday evening, the soldiers chased and surrounded Palestinian fishing boats in the al-Waha area, in northern Gaza, before attacking them with water cannon.
The attacks are part of constant Israeli violations against the Palestinians, especially the fishermen, farmers, shepherds, and workers in the besieged and impoverished Gaza Strip, and resulted in dozens of casualties, including fatalities, in addition to severe property damage and the confiscation of many boats after abducting the fishermen.
In March of last year, 2021, the Palestinian Interior Ministry in Gaza said Israeli mines were responsible for an explosion that led to the death of three fishermen.
