Updated: On the 44th day since the resumption of genocide against the Palestinians in the devastated, starved, and besieged Gaza Strip, Israeli missiles and shells struck various parts of the coastal enclave, killing and wounding dozens of residents.

Update: At dawn on Wednesday, Israeli forces launched a series of airstrikes on multiple areas across the Gaza Strip, killing 19 Palestinians and injuring others.

Medical sources have reported that 12 Palestinians were killed, and many injured, when Israeli missiles struck three homes in Nuseirat Refugee Camp in central Gaza.

Among the slain Palestinians are six members of the Abu Jreiban family, three from the Hamdan family, and a father, mother, and their child in Al-Sawarha neighborhood.

Additionally, three civilians—including two young girls—were killed when Israeli forces bombed a house in Jabalia town, in northern Gaza.

Furthermore, a fisherman was shot and killed by Israeli naval forces while working along the coast of Gaza City.

Meanwhile, another Palestinian was killed when Israeli forces bombed a house sheltering displaced families in Bani Soheila, east of Khan Younis, in southern Gaza.

In Gaza City’s Zeitoun neighborhood, an Israeli airstrike killed a disabled man when his home was bombed.

Elsewhere, a Palestinian succumbed to wounds sustained in an earlier airstrike on Al-Bureij Refugee Camp, in central Gaza.

Israeli artillery targeted multiple locations across the eastern Gaza Strip, from Rafah in the southernmost region to the villages east of Khan Younis in southern Gaza, continuing through central areas and extending to the eastern neighborhoods of Gaza City, as well as Jabalia and Beit Hanoun in the north.

In Nuseirat refugee camp, in central Gaza, three Palestinians were killed, and several others injured in an Israeli airstrike that struck an apartment belonging to the Hamdan family in Block 2.

Between March 18, when Israel refused to extend the ceasefire, and April 29, 2025, the Israeli army has killed at least 2,273 Palestinians and wounded more than 5,864.

UN Secretary-General António Guterres addressed the worsening humanitarian crisis, stressing the urgent need to restore aid access.

“For almost two months, Israel has blocked food, fuel, medicine, and essential supplies from entering Gaza, leaving more than two million people without life-saving assistance,” Guterres stated.

He reiterated that humanitarian aid is non-negotiable, calling on Israel to protect civilians, approve aid programs, and facilitate their delivery.

Israel has now killed at least 52,365 Palestinians, including 15,626 children, 9,807 women, 3,854 elders, 236 journalists, 300 UNRWA staff and 1,502 medical staff, and injured more than 117,905, largely children, women and elderly, across the devastated coastal enclave.
