On Friday dawn, Israeli soldiers invaded Nablus and its Old City, in the northern part of the occupied West Bank, and shot a Palestinian teen with live ammunition.
Palestinian Red Crescent paramedics reported that the soldiers shot a 17-year-old boy in the foot during ensuing protests.
Media sources said several Israeli military vehicles invaded Nablus before storming the areas of Al-Saha, Khallet Al-Amoud, Ras Al-Ein, Ad-Dahia, Talaat Habs Al-Dam, Kroum Ashour, and several neighborhoods near and in the Old City.
They added that the soldiers fired live fire, rubber-coated steel bullets, and gas bombs, in addition to storming buildings, ransacking homes, causing damage, and deploying sharpshooters on rooftops.
Also, Palestinian fighters exchanged fire with the soldiers invading Nablus and its Old City while sounds of explosions could be heard in the area.
In related news, the soldiers invaded the town of Odala, south of Nablus, and conducted searches.
