Israeli soldiers invaded, on Monday evening, the northern West Bank city of Nablus, and shot at least two young men, one seriously, during protests that took place after the soldiers invaded the Dahia area, in the eastern part of the city.

The soldiers fired live rounds, rubber-coated steel bullets and gas bombs, wounding two Palestinians with live fire.

Medical sources said one of the wounded Palestinians suffered a serious injury after a live round severed a main artery in his leg.

The sources added that the second Palestinian was shot with a live round in his leg, in addition to bullet fragments in the shoulder.
