Palestinian medical sources have reported that a child was injured, Wednesday, after a speeding Israeli settler, living in an illegal colony in the southern West Bank governorate of Hebron, rammed him with his car.

The sources stated that the child, Laith Yousef Shatat, 8, suffered moderate wounds, before Palestinian medics rushed him to the al-Ahli hospital, in Hebron.

Among other injuries, the child suffered a head wound and fell unconscious after impact.

The incident took place as the child was leaving school, located by the bypass road, east of Yatta town, south of Hebron.
