Thursday after midnight, one Palestinian fighter was seriously injured in an Israeli air strike in Rafah in the souther part of the Gaza Strip. At least four civilians were injured in separate attacks carried out by the Israeli army.

The Palestinian Television reported that the fighter, member of the military wing of the Islamic Jihad, will be transferred from Abu Yousef Al Najjar to the Gaza European Hospital in Khan Younis for further treatment.

Continuing an almost weeklong military offensive in the Gaza Strip, Israeli Apaches helicopters fired two missile at a Gaza Electricity Company building still under construction in central Gaza Strip.

A media office was also shelled and caught in fire in the city.

The Israeli air force started more offensives at 3am, shelling a center belonging to the Al Qassam Brigades, the military wing of Hamas, east of Gaza city.  Damage, but no injuries, was reported.

The air force continued shelling northwards with planes firing at least one missile at the Al Saifiyya area in northern Gaza. No injuries were reported.

Several areas in the Al Nasser area in northern Gaza lost power after  the army targeted and shelled electricity generators.

The army also shelled areas in Beit Lahia and Beit Hanoun in the northern part of the Gaza Strip, injuring a child.

In a separate attack, Israeli apaches shelled the building of the Ministry of Interior in Tal Al Hawa area in Gaza City. The office of Palestinian Interior Minister Sa’id Siyam was also damaged in the attack.
   
Israeli air force shelled a post that belongs to the Palestinian Executive Force and the Ministry of Interior in the Sheikh Radwan neighborhood in Gaza, injuring three residents.
