Medical sources in Hebron, in the southern part of the occupied West Bank, have reported that many Palestinians suffered, on Friday evening, the effects of tear gas inhalation, during clashed with Israeli soldiers who invaded Sa’ir town, east of the city.
The sources said the soldiers fired dozens of gas bombs, especially at the main Beit Einoun road, east of Hebron, causing many Palestinians to suffer severe effects of teargas inhalation.
The soldiers also invaded several homes, and searched them, in addition to interrogating many Palestinians.
The army claimed it invaded the town after a number of Palestinian youngsters hurled stones on settlers’ cars and military vehicles, on Road #60.
In related news, a young Palestinian shepherd was injured, in the Sammoa’ town south of Hebron, after an Israeli colonist rammed him with his car, and fled the scene.
The wounded Palestinian has been identified as Ibrahim Ahmad Abu Awwad, 27, he was moved to an Israeli hospital suffering moderate injuries.
