Israeli army troops stationed at Howara military checkpoint south of the West Bank city of Nablus arrested Izat Raian, 38, a village nearby called Qarawit Banni Hassan, on Tuesday morning.
Raian is the director of the village chartable society, and was arrested during his attempt to cross the checkpoint from Nablus to his home in Qarawit Banni Hassan.
