Israeli soldiers took Ahmad Salahat, 36, prisoner from the West Bank city of Bethlehem, late on Monday night.
Salahat was heading back home from work when soldiers stopped him at a military checkpoint near Maali Adumim settlement, on the main road connecting the city of Bethlehem with the rest of the West Bank.
Eyewitnesses reported that troops interrogated him on the street, then handcuffed and blind folded him and took him to unknown location.
