The Israeli army has abducted eight residents during morning invasions in several parts of the West Bank cities of Bethlehem and Tubas, on
Saturday.
In Obadyeah village, East of Bethlehem, in the central West Bank, 10 army vehicles invaded the village. Troops stormed residents' houses, searched and ransacked them and took six prisoners to unknown locations.
Local sources identified the six as; Ali Shanaitah, 32, his brother Khalaf, 18, Salah Shanaitah, 17, Maher Shanaitah, 20, Naji Shanaitah, 19, and his brother Anouwar, 18.
In the meantime in Tubas city, north of the West Bank, the Israeli army continued to invade nearby villages and installed checkpoint around the city.
On Saturday, soldiers stationed at a military checkpoint between the city of Tubas and the nearby Al Far'a refugee camp took two youths prisoners after stopping and searching them at the checkpoint.
Eyewitnesses identified the two as Ahmad Maiha, and Mohammed Al Shafi'i, both were taken to unknown locations.
In the villages of I'kaba and the city of Tubas, Israeli troops invaded the city and the village opening fire randomly and using sound bombs.
