Dozens of Israeli soldiers invaded, on Wednesday at dawn several areas and communities in the northern West Bank governorate of Tulkarem, searched homes and buildings, and abducted seven Palestinians.
Eyewitnesses said the soldiers invaded and violently searched homes and buildings, before interrogating many Palestinians while inspecting their ID cards.
They added that the soldiers abducted Moâmen Shorafa and Ibrahim Hasan al-Mahdi, from Shweika area, north of Tulkarem.
Furthermore, the soldiers abducted Mohammad Firas Mahdawi, from his home in the Eastern Neighborhood, in Tulkarem.
The soldiers also invaded and searched homes in Beit Lid town, southwest of Tulkarem, and abducted Mohannad Ahmad al-Kooâ, along with his son Jamal, 18, and Mahdi Adeeb Ibrahim, 25.
In addition, the Israeli army said its soldiers managed to arrest a Palestinian, believed to have aided Ashraf Waleed Suleiman Naâalwa, 23, who carried out a shooting in Burkan colony, earlier this month, killing two Israelis identified as Kim Levengrond Yehezkel, 28, from Rosh HaAyin, and Ziv Hagbi, 35, from Rishon LeZion.
The army claimed its soldiers and the Internal Security Agency, stormed a home in Thannaba village, east of Tulkarem, and arrested the Palestinian.
