Israeli soldiers abducted Friday, nine Palestinians, including a father and two of his sons, from Hebron and Jenin in the occupied West Bank.

In Hebron, the soldiers invaded and ransacked many homes in Yatta town, south of the city, and interrogated many Palestinians while inspecting their ID cards.

During the invasion, the soldiers abducted Ayed Ali Shawaheen, 50, along with his sons, Ali and Hasan Shawaheen.

Another Palestinian, identified as Mohammad Nathmi al-Atrash, from Hebron city, was abducted by the soldiers who stopped him at the Huwwara military roadblock, south of the northern West Bank city of Nablus.

Furthermore, the soldiers invaded Kafrit village, west of the northern West Bank city of Jenin, before breaking into the home of Mohammad Sabri Eghbariyya, and ransacked the property while interrogating the family.

The army also abducted a young man, identified as Ibrahim Ammar, from Mothallath ash-Shuhada’ village, south of Jenin, after stopping him near the al-Jalama military roadblock, north of Jenin.

Dozens of Israeli military jeeps were also deployed in several areas of Jenin, especially on roads leading to its various villages and towns.

The soldiers also installed roadblocks between Kafrit and the al-‘Aqra village, before stopping and searching dozens of cars, and interrogated the residents while inspecting their ID cards.

In addition, the soldiers abducted Mohammad Wasim Obeid, Ahmad Mahmoud ‘Alawna and Qussai Ahmad Malaysha, from Jaba’ town, south of Jenin, in addition to Ahmad Abdul-Rahman Abu Nooh, from Jenin refugee camp, after stopping them in occupied Jerusalem and took them to an interrogation facility in the city.

Also, the soldiers stopped and searched a young man, identified as Ibrahim Odah, after the army and the police invaded a protest tent, which was installed in condemnation of the ongoing illegal takeover of Palestinian homes, in Abu Tayeh neighborhood in Silwan town, in Jerusalem.

In related news, the soldiers installed a military roadblock at the western road leading to Beit Fajjar town, south of Bethlehem, before stopping and searching dozens of cars and interrogated the residents while inspecting their ID cards.

Also Friday, the soldiers attacked a nonviolent procession held by dozens of Palestinians and international peace activists, protesting the escalating Israeli violations in the Masafer Yatta area, south of Hebron, in the southern part of the occupied West Bank, before abducting three young men and two international peace activists, in addition to wounding several Palestinians.

Furthermore, the soldiers attacked nonviolent protesters in Beit Dajan and Beita, east and south of the northern West Bank, wounding dozens of residents.

The army also attacked, the weekly procession in Kufur Qaddoum town, east of the northern West Bank city of Qalqilia, wounding many Palestinians.
