Israeli forces, on Saturday, detained 5 Palestinians from Bethlehem and Jenin, including three former prisoners, and seven family members on Friday in Hebron, local sources reported.
Three Palestinian former prisoners were detained by the army from Ya’bad village, west of Jenin in the northern occupied West Bank.
Sources said that the soldiers detonated the gate of the home of Majd Ba’jawi, a former prisoner, confiscating seven cell phones which are owned by relatives of Ba’jawi’s.
Israeli forces stormed the homes of Amjad Hamarsheh, and Asa’d Qinari and detained them. Soldiers invaded the home of Wahid Nifia’t, and held him for a few hours before releasing him.
Israeli forces, on Friday night, detained Muhammed al-Hmood from Bethlehem, south of occupied Jerusalem, in the southern West Bank, during confrontations with the occupation army.
In related news, the army detained, on Friday evening, seven Palestinian members of the Jabbarin family, while they were visiting the town of Sa’ir, in Hebron, in the southern West Bank, taking them to an unknown location, the Palestine News and Information Agency (WAFA) reported.
